Leading Sharjah developer Arada has signed up Parkin Company, the largest provider of paid public parking facilities in Dubai, as the sole operator at its mega Aljada project. Under this it will manage a mixed portfolio of on‑street, off‑street and building parking assets, including malls and residential buildings.
