Egypt has advanced its renewable energy ambitions with a Power Purchase Agreement for the 1 GW Ras Shokeir Wind Project. Infinity Power and Hassan Allam Utilities Energy signed the deal with the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, supporting the country’s clean-energy expansion.
Infinity Power and HAU Energy have secured up to $566 million in debt financing for Egypt’s Nefer Minya solar project, combining 1.2 GWp of solar capacity with a 600 MWh battery storage system to strengthen grid reliability and expand renewable energy generation.
