Muscat International Airport and Salalah Airport have secured nine global awards under the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) programme’s “Customer Experience Awards”, presented by Airports Council International (ACI) during its 2026 Summit in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Muscat International Airport has welcomed the inaugural direct Air Tanzania flight from Dar es Salaam, marking the first non-stop air link between Tanzania and Oman. The airline will operate the route three times a week using Airbus A220-300 aircraft.
