Lexus unveils new ES 2016 in Bahrain

Lexus Bahrain has unveiled the new 2016 ES at its showroom today (August 29).
The ES, the best-selling model in Lexus' range of luxury sedans, comes to redefine the very essence of what luxury sedans should be, said a statement.
Ayman Shehadeh, Toyota and Lexus marketing manager at Ebrahim K Kanoo, said: "The popular ES 2016 sets new standards in luxury sedans, using the current Lexus L-Finesse styling language with a new redesigned front fascia, sportier bumpers and new combination of interior colours.
"The ES dominates the entry–level luxury sedan segment with an ever increasing appeal to customers. We invite everyone to visit us and explore this model from Lexus."
The new model embodies a generational change, embracing contemporary values that view individual mobility and luxury as important contributors to quality of life.
The ES’ relaxing comfort, user-focused advanced technologies and refined detailing make every drive a joy, to be anticipated and revelled in.
It provides a refined expression of the Lexus L-finesse design language. The strong dynamics of the low set ‘spindle grille’ immediately identify the ES as a new generation Lexus including headlamps with integrated arrowhead shaped LED DRL (Daytime Running Lights) heighten the sculptured styling.
The LED rear combination lamps illuminate in an L-shape array symbolizing Lexus. To complement the impactful new form, two 17-inch wheel options with directional spoke patterns have been added.
From the sweeping dashboard reminiscent of modern architecture to highly intuitive ergonomics mated with the finest materials and surfaces, the ES cultivates a feeling of sheer quality with every touch.
For the new Lexus ES, engineers applied structural reinforcements to increase stiffness in the vehicle's unibody construction. The luxury sedan will continue with its smooth 3.5-litre V6 engine.
The ES is the first production model to introduce the Lexus Safety System +, which combines key innovative safety technologies into a single networked package.
Among them are the Pre-Crash Safety System, and the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, the Lane Departure Alert (LDA), as well as the Automatic High Beam (AHB). - TradeArabia News Service
