Seven, AlOula to build first movie theatre in Saudi city

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (Seven), a subsidiary of the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund Public Investment Fund (PIF), aims to set up the first movie theatre in the city of Al Khobar, reported Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The new cinema is being built in collaboration with AlOula Real Estate Development and is likely to
be opened in the second quarter of 2020, it stated.
AlOula Real Estate said the cinema will provide recreational facilities, including cafes and international restaurants.
Seven was the first firm to obtain a licence for operating cinemas in the kingdom, it added.
