Ghassan Aboud Holding, a leading provider of integrated logistics and supply chain solutions, has joined forces with EasyLease, a leading provider of integrated mobility solutions, for the launch of its new Gallega Global Logistics multi-user aftermarket spare parts hub at Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza).

Founded in 2011, EasyLease operates as the capital subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based International Holding Company, catering to diverse sectors, including e-commerce, delivery, logistics, couriers, and food service providers. EasyLease's fleet is one of the largest in the UAE market, comprising over 47,000 vehicles.

The 215,000 sq ft million facility is projected to handle over 10 million automotive parts annually and create 200+ new jobs, providing faster, more reliable spare parts distribution across the UAE and GCC.

The launch follows the signing of a strategic agreement aimed at delivering flexible, technology-enabled logistics solutions to support the growing automotive aftermarket across the region.

The hub operates 24/7 and will feature Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a dedicated multi-size delivery fleet, enabling fast, reliable last-mile and regional distribution. It is also fully equipped to handle electric vehicle (EV) batteries, reflecting the region’s shift toward sustainable transport.

It comes at a critical time as the GCC automotive aftermarket continues to grow at around 5% annually, reflecting rising vehicle demand and the increasing adoption of electric mobility across the region.

The agreement was signed by Sheikh Saeed Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of EasyLease and Abdulla Al Hashmi, COO – Parks and Zones, DP World GCC in the presence of Ghassan Aboud, Chairman of Ghassan Aboud Holding and Abdulla Bin Damithan, CEO and Managing Director of DP World GCC.
