Radio Bahrain 96.5 FM has launched “Voices of Reassurance”, a special series of daily interviews designed to support the community during the current regional circumstances and developments.

The series features conversations with trusted officials, experts, and community leaders who provide reliable information, practical guidance, and reassuring messages for residents across Bahrain. 

This initiative connects listeners directly with key voices serving the community, helping the public stay informed while promoting calm and reassurance during uncertain times.

So far, the series has featured interviews with:

• Alastair Long, British Ambassador to Bahrain  

• Major Eng Mohamed Al Abbar, Head of Inspection Division — General Directorate of Civil Defence  

• Michelle Smith, Senior Volunteer — Bahrain Animal Rescue Centre  

• Mark Jones, Assistant Headteacher for Junior School — St. Christopher’s School  

• Hanadi Rustam, CBT‑Certified Clinician and NHRA‑licensed Psychologist  

“Radio has always played an important role in bringing people together during challenging moments,” said Ala Ghawas, CEO of Radio Bahrain Company. “Through Voices of Reassurance, we want to connect our listeners with the people working every day to keep the community informed, safe, and supported.”

The Voices of Reassurance series will continue to feature additional guests from Bahrain’s public services, healthcare sector, education community, and civil society.
