Modutec has announced a majority investment in Aberdeen-based EOS Europe.

EOS Europe is a specialist provider of electrical services to the energy and marine sectors, delivering critical projects for clients across the UK, USA and Norway. 

Their specialist services include hazardous area inspections, technical auditing and inspections, project planning and management, construction and installation, testing and commissioning, and ongoing maintenance support, alongside international procurement and design review capabilities.
