Bapco Energies has announced the launch of the NBH Future Energy Leaders – Scholarship and Career Development Programme, a national initiative aimed at nurturing Bahraini talent in the energy sector.
Targeting high-achieving high school graduates and
bachelor’s degree holders pursuing postgraduate studies, the programme provides
a comprehensive development pathway.
Participants will gain access to world-class universities,
mentorship, hands-on industry training, and work placements designed to meet
evolving sector demands.
The programme operates under a merit-based framework, in
partnership with the Ministry of Education, leading universities, and the Crown
Prince’s International Scholarship Programme.
Reflecting Bapco Energies’ nearly seven-decade legacy in
professional training and academic scholarships, applications will open on June
15, 2026, marking a new era in developing Bahrain’s next generation of energy
leaders.
