Rixos Hotels Egypt has secured seven prestigious titles at the World Travel Awards Africa Gala Ceremony 2026, held on August 28, in Zanzibar, Tanzania, highlighting the breadth and strength of its Egyptian portfolio.

The awards span a wide range of hospitality categories, recognising Rixos properties for their family, all-inclusive, beach, heritage, luxury villa and water park experiences.

Among the accolades, Aqua Park at Rixos Premium Seagate was named Africa’s Leading Water Park 2026, while Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adults Only 18+ won Egypt’s Leading All-Inclusive Resort.

Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas received two awards, being recognised as Egypt’s Leading Beach Resort and Egypt’s Leading Resort.

Other winners included Rixos Premium Seagate for Egypt’s Leading Family Resort, Rixos Montaza Alexandria for Egypt’s Leading Heritage Hotel, and Premium Villa @ Club Prive by Rixos Sharm El Sheikh for Egypt’s Leading Luxury Hotel Villa.

The recognition reinforces Rixos Hotels’ position across key Egyptian destinations, including Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada and Alexandria.
