Saudi Tourism Ministry launches unified digital platform at LEAP 2026

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Tourism has launched the Unified Tourism Services Platform at LEAP 2026, positioning the new digital initiative as a central hub for tourism-related services and supporting the Kingdom’s wider digital transformation agenda.

The “Tourism Platform” is designed to provide investors, tourism professionals and sector employees with unified access to a range of services, helping streamline procedures, improve user experience and increase efficiency.

The platform brings together services supporting digital integration across the tourism ecosystem, in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Users can access services through a single digital interface, reducing the need to navigate multiple channels.

Services available through the platform include tourism licensing, compliance, investment, training and development, alongside other digital services.

The unified system is intended to allow users to manage tourism-related tasks through a more seamless digital experience.

The platform also features Tourism X, an AI-powered service designed to help users access services and respond to inquiries, further enhancing the digital experience.

Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Tourism Nasr Al-Ansari confirmed that the launch of the "Tourism Platform" is an extension of ongoing efforts to develop digital government services, enhance integration among various stakeholders in the tourism sector, and improve service delivery efficiency. These efforts support the growth of the tourism sector and align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Al-Ansari added that the ministry’s official website, mt.gov.sa, will remain the primary source for information, news, initiatives and regulations.

Meanwhile, the new “Tourism Platform” will serve as the unified destination for accessing tourism services.
