Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sport launched “Al-Rahhala,” a new licensing service regulating organized adventure travel activities inside and outside the Kingdom.

Introduced through the Riyadi platform, the service aims to unify procedures and ensure trips are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.

 Applicants can submit permit requests for review in coordination with relevant authorities, while accessing services from supporting government entities.

The initiative promotes responsible and sustainable travel by combining adventure with environmental exploration.

It also seeks to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading destination for organized adventure tourism and encourage professional documentation of travelers’ sporting, cultural and exploration experiences. -TradeArabia News Service
