Emirates and Dubai Chambers have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to support the international expansion and competitiveness of Dubai-based small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and startups.

Signed at Seamless Middle East 2026 by Adnan Kazim, Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, the agreement will provide businesses with access to logistics, cargo and travel solutions designed to facilitate international market entry and integration into global supply chains.

Under the partnership, members of Dubai Chamber of Commerce will have access to Emirates SkyCargo’s international network and logistics expertise across six continents.

Businesses will also be able to use Emirates Courier Express, the airline’s international door-to-door delivery service, offering express shipping, transportation and customs clearance.

The agreement also incorporates Emirates Business Rewards, providing eligible SMEs with incentives on business travel.

New Dubai Chamber of Commerce members joining the programme will receive a 2,000-point welcome bonus.

Emirates and Dubai Chambers will collaborate on member engagement initiatives, including events and promotional activities, while exploring additional benefits for participating businesses.

The partnership will also focus on strengthening supply chain capabilities among startups and SMEs. Emirates SkyCargo and Dubai Chambers plan to develop workshops, knowledge-sharing platforms and tailored cargo advisory programmes to help companies improve logistics efficiency and support their international growth.

The initiative forms part of wider efforts to strengthen Dubai’s SME ecosystem and provide local businesses with practical tools and connectivity to compete in international markets.
