UAE-based travel management company DW Travel has announced a strategic technology partnership with TravelSwitch to develop and deploy a new generation of digital booking platforms.

The partnership will deliver three core solutions: a business-to-consumer (B2C) booking platform, a dedicated business-to-business (B2B) platform and an integrated workspace for DW Travel’s consultants.

The connected technology ecosystem is designed to simplify bookings, expand access to travel products and content, increase automation and improve experiences for customers, partners and employees.

Founded in Dubai in 2004, DW Travel provides corporate, leisure, VIP and luxury travel, meetings and events, visa and specialist travel services.

The investment forms part of the company’s wider digital transformation strategy and plans for scalable growth.
