Cityscape Bahrain back for its fifth edition next month

Cityscape Bahrain, the kingdom’s largest real estate event, will be back for its fifth edition from November 24 to 28 at Exhibition World Bahrain, bringing together leading investors and those seeking distinctive real estate opportunities aligned with the latest trends in the sector.

This year's event is being held under the theme "Secure your capital. Elevate your lifestyle. Anchor your future," said the organisers inD Group, adding it will provide a prominent platform for direct engagement with real estate developers and for exploring a diverse range of attractive real estate prospects across the country.

Being held with the support of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Cityscape will place a strong focus on investment and attractive real estate prospects, stated the organisers.

During the four-day event,  visitors will be able to explore a diverse portfolio of real estate projects, compare available options and engage directly with developers, helping them identify opportunities that best align with their needs and aspirations.

Eng. Ebrahim Mohamed Abul, Chief Executive Officer of RERA, expressed delight at helping organise events such as Cityscape Bahrain, "which attracts prominent investors and those seeking promising opportunities in the sector."

The partnership builds on the success achieved across previous editions as Cityscape Bahrain enters its fifth edition, reflecting its established position and its role in supporting the vitality of Bahrain’s real estate sector and strengthening its investment appeal, he stated.

Over five days, visitors will be able to explore a diverse range of modern real estate developments, including residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

This year's Cityscape Bahrain will have a value-addition - It is taking place alongside Jewellery Arabia and Scent Arabia, offering visitors to Exhibition World Bahrain an integrated experience spanning real estate, jewellery and fragrances under one roof.

A key highlight of this year's event will be the debut launch of 'Bahrain PropTech Platform,' a dedicated space bringing together PropTech start-ups with investors, developers and companies operating across the real estate sector.

The programme will also feature a live competition where participants can present innovative projects and ideas before an audience. In addition, the exhibition will feature a dedicated architecture and interior design pavilion, providing specialist firms and studios with a platform to showcase their latest work and standout projects, said the organisers.

Alexander Heuff, Group Director of Cityscape, said the exhibition continues to grow in step with the development of Bahrain’s real estate sector.

He noted that the fifth edition will deliver a more interactive experience that is closely aligned with visitors’ interests, showcasing a broad range of real estate projects and prospects that reflect the latest urban development trends.

The event will also highlight property ownership opportunities available to non-Bahrainis and the possibility for eligible applicants to apply for Bahrain’s Golden Residency.

"Cityscape Talks" will return from November 25–28, bringing together government representatives and experts from the real estate sector for 25 specialised sessions.

The programme will explore key trends shaping the sector, including property ownership, real estate investment, financing and commercial real estate development, alongside a diverse range of topics spanning PropTech, artificial intelligence, sustainability, design and smart homes, said the organisers.

Cityscape Bahrain 2026 will also host the fourth edition of the “Future Architects” initiative, in partnership with the American Institute of Architects – Middle East Chapter and supported by Seef Properties as the official sponsor of architectural initiatives.

The programme provides university architecture students with a dedicated space to showcase their ideas and projects before leading architects and real estate developers. Since its launch, the initiative has attracted more than 50 students, featured 30 projects and welcomed an audience of more than 200 attendees.

The fifth edition builds on the notable success of Cityscape Bahrain 2025. In 2026, the event returns with greater ambition and broader horizons, further strengthening its position as a prominent real estate hub bringing projects, developers and investors together under one roof.-TradeArabia News Service
