Royal Development Holding, a boutique premium real estate developer and subsidiary of Emirates Stallions Group, has announced that Mallside Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2027, with the project now in its final stages of development.
Located within Dubai Hills Estate, the hotel will be
directly connected to Dubai Hills Mall via a pedestrian skybridge, offering
guests convenient access to one of Dubai’s leading lifestyle, retail and
entertainment destinations.
Its location also provides seamless connectivity to the
wider community, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Conceived as an integrated hospitality and residential
destination, Mallside Hotel is designed to complement the ongoing development
of Dubai Hills Estate.
As part of Hilton’s
Curio Collection, the property will combine distinctive character with the
international hospitality standards associated with the global hotel group.
Tariq Nazzal, Chief Executive Officer of Royal Development
Holding, said: “Mallside Hotel represents an important step in the evolution of
Royal Development Holding’s hospitality portfolio and reflects our broader
strategy to build a diversified platform of high-quality assets in markets with
strong long-term fundamentals. Dubai continues to strengthen its position as a
global hub for tourism, business and investment, creating sustained
opportunities across hospitality and branded residences. Our focus is on
translating that opportunity into long-term value through distinctive
developments, strategic locations and partnerships with leading international
brands. Our collaboration with Hilton is a strong example of this approach,
combining global hospitality expertise with our development capabilities and
understanding of the market. Mallside Hotel reinforces the direction we are
taking as we continue to grow our hospitality presence in the UAE.”
Nagy Nagaty has been appointed General Manager of Mallside
Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, and will lead the property through its
opening.
Bringing more than 25 years of international hospitality
experience, including senior positions with Hilton and Four Seasons, he will
oversee hotel operations, team development and the establishment of its market
positioning.
Commenting on the hotel’s approach to guest experience,
Nagaty said: “The character of a hotel is ultimately shaped by how it makes
people feel. At Mallside Hotel, our focus will be on creating an experience
that feels personal, intuitive and connected to its surroundings, supported by
the consistency and standards expected of Curio Collection by Hilton. As we
prepare to open, a key priority is building a team culture that combines strong
operational standards with the flexibility, initiative, and individual approach
needed to deliver genuinely personalised service.” -TradeArabia News Service
