WahatHili Mall, Al Ain’s modern and unique community retail development due to open in the first quarter of 2013, has appointed PMDC as its project manager.

PMDC is a diversified, renowned management consultancy specializing in strategic planning, project management, and engineering for a wide spectrum of capital investment projects.

Real estate expert Colliers has been roped in for assist in leasing the mixed-use development which will be strategically located in HiliDistrict next to the largest residential complex in Al Ain, said a senior official.

Saeed Aldhaheri, CEO of WahatHili Mall, remarked, “We have partnered with the best in the industry to ensure the best products and services to customers. It is in line with our promise to transform this mall into the destination for world-class shoppers in Al Ain.”

"The mall, with adjacent HiliRayhaan Five-Star Hotel by Rotana, promises to be Al Ain’s hub for residents, tourists and passers-by," he stated.

PMDC, he said, has been appointed as project manager to oversee the remainder of construction work being overtaken by Khalaf Sultan General Contracting Establishment, and which is already making substantial progress on site.
