Keross wins ISO quality recognition

Dubai, May 17, 2010

Keross, a leading providers of IT managed services and business solutions, has achieved certification to the ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance standard.

Following an assessment lasting five months, Keross has had its work processes accredited to the internationally recognised quality management system standard ISO 9001:2008.

The certification comes at a time where economic and evolutional forces have driven organisations across the region to channel a significant portion of their resources into their IT infrastructure.

With the ISO 9001:2008, Keross is one of the only providers who can deliver such key support with specific quality guarantees, after passing the scrutiny of internationally recognised checks and balances, a statement said.

“We are delighted to achieve ISO accreditation, gaining recognition for our commitment to quality and continuous improvement,” said Farouk Said, founder and chairman of Keross.

“Our priority is to offer best-in-class service to our clients and ensure we deliver on our promise to add value by going the extra mile. Through our unique position as an ISO 9001:2008 certified managed services provider, we provide organisations a set of services that conform to a set of stringent standardisations, guaranteeing value, quality and continuity,” he added.

The accreditation was made through BSI Management Systems, one of the world’s largest certification bodies, providing assessment, certification and training services in all critical areas of management disciplines.

BSI’s assessment and accreditation process supports the needs of the international IT services market and provides a common understanding of the management of IT services worldwide. – TradeArabia News Service
