Daleel opens 18th car rental in Saudi

Daleel Rent a Car, a subsidiary of Aayan Saudi Leasing Company, has opened a new branch in Jeddah, increasing the number of its branches to 18 located across Saudi Arabia.

“The opening of our new branch is part of our expansion plan, which includes opening  three  more branches this year in Al Khobar, Riyadh and Jubail, bringing the total number of our branches to 21 branches by the end of the year,” said Salim Bilfaqih, assistant general manager of Daleel.

"The opening of our new branches coincides with the development and expansion of our fleet of vehicles, where more than 90 per cent of our fleet will be of  2010 and soon 2011 models, it includes all categories of vehicles including small, medium and luxury cars, as well as mid-sized and large buses,” he added.

Rida Shaerah, operations manager at Daleel, said that the company has branches in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Alkhobar, Madina and Yanbu to serve a large number of its customers in view of the widening of the car rental market and the rising number of visitors to the major cities and the diversity of their needs.

“We have branches in a number of five-star hotels such as Movenpick in Makkah and Yanbu, and negotiation is underway to be present at all Movenpick chain of hotels in Saudi Arabia,” Shaerah said.

“We will work hard to be available in other five-star hotels and airports across the Kingdom, in addition to our offices in Yanbu and Madina airports.”

By the end of the year, the company hopes to expand its fleet to 1500 vehicles, a statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
