City Centre Bahrain’s ‘emoji Drop’ game, is a first of its kind interactive game featuring the famous emoji icons.

The mall’s Central Galleria will be transformed into the world of emojis with various thrilling activities for visitors of all ages and exciting prizes to be won. Also customers spending BD30 ($79) or more at any retail, dining or entertainment outlet at the mall can redeem their receipts, entering the draw to win the grand prize BD5,000 ($13,172) Gift Card from City Centre Bahrain.

To participate in the ‘emoji™ Drop’ game, customers spending BD40 ($105.3) or more, showing their receipts at the mall’s Customer Service desk, will receive an emoji Disk to participate in the ‘emoji Drop’ game located at the Central Galleria. The disk can land on an ‘Instant Prize’ or a ‘Try Again’ slot.  Instant prizes include Mall Gift Cards ranging from BD5 ($13) to BD50 (131.7), emoji movie tickets, retailers’ vouchers and emoji’s merchandise. Customers spending BD40 or more at any of the mall’s children fashion retailers can double their chances to win.

“City Centre Bahrain is anticipating an exciting Summer Campaign this year, providing our customers with thrilling offers, promotions and prizes to win, as well as activities and Emoji-themed entertainment suitable for all ages. We look forward to creating great moments for everyone, everyday with our specially outfitted ‘emoji Drop’ activations and additional entertainment for the kids,” said Duaij Al Rumaihi, senior mall manager, City Centre Bahrain.

“We have also pledged BD2,000 ($5,268.9) to the Bahrain Cancer Society, which will be contributed by the mall, through customers playing the ‘emoji Drop’ game. Each time a customer’s disc falls on the designated charity slot, City Centre Bahrain will contribute BD1 ($2.6) to the charity on the customer’s behalf,” he added.

The mall’s Central Galleria will include a digital photo booth area that places emoji filters onto shoppers faces. Shoppers can select from a range of favourite emoji icons; pictures will be printed to take home in a branded frame.
 
Also available is a kid’s area dedicated to creating emoji masks with colors and crafts. On selected days the ‘Kids Happy emoji’s’ workshop will immerse children into the different emoji™ icons and creating their own masks to take home. Adding to the excitement, the mall will also be producing emoji life-size icons displayed around the mall.

City Centre Bahrain’s ‘emoji Drop’ game will be located at the mall’s Central Galleria, from August 16 – September 16, operating during regular hours from 10 am to 10 pm on weekdays and from 10 am to 12 am on weekends. - TradeArabia News Service
