Reimagined wellbeing at Le Meridien Dubai

DUBAI, May 11, 2018

Fitness enthusiasts in Dubai can now train in a spacious fitness facility at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre.

Optimal Fitness at Natural Elements is all set to welcome members and guests at the next iteration of the hotel’s fitness centre.
The newly renovated fitness centre was launched on May 7,  in partnership with Optimal Fitness and will continue its commitment to enhance the lives of its guests by providing pioneering techniques and advanced wellness services.

David Labouchere, founder of Optimal Fitness, welcomed the media and guests and explained the ethos behind the introduction of new equipment, comprehensive offerings and personal training sessions. Guests were taken on a tour to get a firsthand experience of the newest fitness offerings and were later served an assortment of healthy light bites, fresh fruit smoothies from the fitness centre’s cosy café.

Boasting of a spacious layout with high-tech equipment, the renovations at the fitness centre range from comprehensive workout programmes at the fully equipped gym to group exercise programs. Personalised trainers were on hand to assist invitees to workout at the new fit-outs and they also conducted mini demos of different fitness forms at the Free Training Zone. The spacious training zone is ideal for functional training, bodyweight training, aerobic or anaerobic conditioning as well as TRX and CrossFit, under the watchful eye of trained instructors.

Besides offering world-class amenities and equipment, the renovations also include a dedicated Yoga studio allowing guests and members to rejuvenate and relax through group yoga sessions, guided by an expert. For members favouring a more robust exercise routine, the team of trained experts assist with boxing, wrestling and to help achieve their desired fitness goals. - TradeArabia News Service
