A Saudi-Chinese consortium comprising Armada and Zhangzhou United Waters has secured a SAR1.3 billion ($348 million) contract from National Water Company for the rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of nine sewage treatment plants (STPs) across Saudi Arabia.
