Bahrain aims to cement its global aviation hub status through a new Gulf Air–beOnd joint venture launching in December, combining Gulf Air’s extensive network with beOnd’s all-business-class, private-jet-style service to expand the ultra-premium travel segment.
Bahrain’s Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry has signed a Letter of Intent with premium leisure carrier BeOnd to strengthen cooperation and expand the kingdom’s air connectivity. The airline will explore launching services from Bahrain, linking the kingdom with Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.
beOnd, a premium leisure airline, closed 2025 with record growth, serving 25,000+ customers and achieving 37% year-on-year expansion.
