MAHY Khoory Group, one of the UAE’s longest-established diversified business groups, has announced plans to develop PM4, a paper manufacturing project incorporating the latest global technologies, at Union Paper Mills’ (UPM) Al Dhafra plant in Abu Dhabi, with an investment exceeding AED 1 billion ($272.2 million).
