Saudi electric vehicle manufacturer Ceer has welcomed 40 Saudi engineers into permanent roles after they completed an overseas scholarship and training programme under the Kingdom's flagship "WAA’ID" track of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Programme.
