Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) has celebrated the renovation of its Huawei Customer Service Center in Salmiya Al Wataniya Complex in Kuwait.

Consumers who visit the renovated Huawei Customer Service Center will be treated to excellent after-sales services, with technical support, maintenance, extension services, as well as enjoying the workshops offered by Huawei’s expert team happening twice every month.

These workshops are an opportunity for consumers to be introduced to the features and benefits of Huawei’s devices to get the maximum performance.

The renovated Huawei Customer Service Center also serves as a showcase for consumers to discover and examine Huawei’s new products and innovations. Furthermore, consumers will be getting maximum assistance in configuring their Huawei devices and can also purchase complements and accessories and test the latest Huawei products and developments.

To guarantee providing consumers with the maximum value and support, Huawei’s expert team promises to repair any device within an hour only, however, if a repair cannot be completed immediately, devices on loan will be available until the original product is fixed, which will be delivered to the housing address of Huawei’s VIP consumers.
