Turkish Airlines, Samsung launch smart tagged baggage service

Turkish Airlines has partnered with Samsung to enhance passenger convenience through the Smart Tagged Baggage Service, starting December 1.

This allows travellers to easily track their baggage with Galaxy SmartTags.

The airline aims to integrate more SmartThings technologies to improve overall travel experience.

Turkish Airlines Chief Information Technologies Officer, Kerem Kızıltunç stated: “Turkish Airlines continues to lead the industry on its road to digitalisation.
