Dubai’s upcoming hotels, dining hotspots

Dubai’s luxury hospitality scene is entering an exciting new era, with a wave of highly anticipated hotel and dining openings set to redefine the city’s appeal for travellers from Bahrain and beyond.

Among the most anticipated hotel launches is Six Senses The Palm, opening in 2026 on Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent.

With beachfront living, a vast wellness and longevity centre, and family-friendly facilities, it promises a sanctuary-style escape.

Kimpton Dubai in Business Bay will bring a boutique, lifestyle-driven approach with bold design, rooftop leisure spaces and a strong sense of community.

Meanwhile, Gran Meliá Dubai at Port de La Mer Marina delivers ultra-luxury beachfront living paired with first-in-Dubai dining concepts such as Novikov and Zuma Beach House.

Families will also be drawn to the playful InterContinental Resort Portofino on The World Islands, featuring immersive aquariums and child-focused design, while couples can expect crystal-infused glamour at the upcoming Baccarat Hotel and Residences in Downtown Dubai.

Dubai’s dining scene is equally compelling. Nobu opens a new outpost at One Za’abeel with skyline views and live performances, while London favourites Barrafina and Gymkhana make their Dubai debuts in DIFC, bringing authentic Spanish tapas and Michelin-starred Indian cuisine respectively.

Rounding out the list is AVLU on Palm Jumeirah, offering warm Aegean flavours inspired by Greece and Turkey. -TradeArabia News Service
