Radisson Hotel Group has introduced an AI-powered real-time price matching feature that automatically matches lower publicly available room rates found on third-party booking platforms, aiming to simplify direct hotel bookings.
The technology, now available across all
Radisson Hotel Group properties worldwide, verifies eligible lower rates
instantly and applies them on RadissonHotels.com without requiring guests to
submit claims, screenshots or wait for manual approval.
The system monitors prices from major
online travel agencies, including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda,
Priceline, Trip.com and Makemytrip, as well as search platforms such as Google
Hotels.
Guests benefit from guaranteed competitive
pricing when booking directly, while hotel teams are freed from handling manual
price match requests.
Radisson said the automated solution also
provides better insights into pricing performance and customer behaviour.
The launch replaces the group's traditional Best Online Rate Guarantee programme and forms part of its broader digital transformation strategy focused on AI, automation and strengthening direct customer relationships.
