SGS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al Jeri Investment Company to explore collaboration opportunities across strategic sectors, including energy, logistics and industrial services in Saudi Arabia.
The two-year agreement aims to combine SGS’s global testing,
inspection and certification expertise with Al Jeri Investment’s industry
knowledge to develop solutions that enhance compliance, operational efficiency
and safety standards.
The partnership will focus on identifying potential projects
and delivering services that support improved quality management, risk
reduction and operational performance.
The companies will develop joint initiatives through
separate agreements based on specific business needs.
The collaboration is expected to strengthen confidence
across industrial operations while supporting sustainable growth and higher
standards in Saudi Arabia’s evolving energy and infrastructure landscape.
