flyadeal, the Saudia Group’s low-fare carrier, is expanding its India network with Mumbai as its second Indian gateway, launching non-stop flights between Riyadh and Mumbai from October 3, 2026.

The airline will operate five flights a week on the route using Airbus A320neo aircraft, adding more than 7,400 seats per month between the two cities. The schedule is designed to provide convenient morning arrivals in Mumbai and mid-morning arrivals in Riyadh.

The A320neo aircraft feature 186 seats in an all-Economy Class configuration, alongside Airbus’ Airspace cabin interior. Features include larger overhead bins, enhanced cabin lighting and USB-A and USB-C charging ports at every seat.

Mumbai follows Hyderabad, which became flyadeal’s first Indian destination when services launched on July 3. The expansion forms part of the airline’s wider strategy to build its presence across India and strengthen international connectivity in support of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The Riyadh-Mumbai route connects the commercial centres of Saudi Arabia and India, serving both business and leisure travellers. Mumbai, India’s financial capital and home to Bollywood, is expected to attract demand from Saudi travellers.

The flights will also offer connections through Riyadh to destinations including Jeddah, Madinah and Dammam, supporting business, tourism and religious travel between the two markets.
