Saudi fintech firm barq and Riyadh Air have signed a strategic agreement to develop an integrated payment technology solution for the airline.
The partnership will support secure, scalable payment
capabilities across the full transaction lifecycle, enhancing passenger
experience and operational efficiency.
Under the agreement, barq will serve as Riyadh Air’s
strategic payment technology partner, supporting implementation, integration
and ongoing platform development.
The companies aim to improve transaction success rates while
offering passengers flexible and secure payment options across all channels.
The collaboration also supports Saudi Arabia’s digital
economy and Vision 2030 by promoting innovation and customer-focused financial
services.
