Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO) has announced that one of its key subsidiaries, Lawazem Industrial Advanced Company, has signed a subcontract with Thabat Contracting Company for the supply and installation of wooden doors for villas at the Banan 1 Project.

It is part of the mega Banan City, a 10 million-sq-m smart suburban community project being developed in northeastern Riyadh’s Al Fursan neighborhood by the Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) and the National Housing Company (NHC).

The scope of work includes manufacturing, supplying, painting and installing wooden doors (including accessories), said SARCO in its Saudi bourse filing.

The entire work will be completed and delivered in mid-January 2027

On the financial impact, SARCO said it is expected to be reflected in the company's financial results starting from the third quarter of 2026 through the first quarter of 2027.-TradeArabia News Service
