Global chemical leader Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (Sabic) has signed an agreement with China’s Rongsheng Petrochemical and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhoushan to jointly advance the development of the Jintang New Materials Project in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, China.
