Al Seeb Real Estate Development has awarded the main construction contract for The Chedi Private Residences, a $200 million tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Set for completion in Q1 2029, the 117-unit residential tower features a mix of villas, duplexes and mansions.
