King Saud Medical City, a member of the Riyadh First Health Cluster, has launched a unified digital operating model to manage home healthcare operations.
This is aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing the quality of care provided to beneficiaries, and supporting digital transformation as part of its efforts to develop healthcare services, a Saudi Press Agency (SPA) report said.
The model is designed around the needs of field operations, covering the entire process from registering patient data and intelligently scheduling visits to assigning them to teams and vehicles, managing in-person and virtual visits, monitoring clinical services, measuring performance indicators, and preparing operational reports.
The model aims to improve visit coordination, use human resources and vehicles more efficiently, reduce manual processes, and improve data accuracy. It also provides up-to-date operational information to support faster decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement, helping ensure continuity of care and improve the beneficiary experience.—TradeArabia News Service
