Saudia Hajj and Umrah, a Saudia Group subsidiary, has signed a preliminary agreement with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to enhance services for pilgrims.

Formalised at the fourth Umrah and Ziyarah Forum in Jeddah, the signing was witnessed by Minister Dr Tawfig Al-Rabiah and Saudia Group Director General Ibrahim Al-Omar.

The pact focuses on integrating digital platforms, exchanging vital information, and strengthening institutional collaboration.

By aligning efforts among key entities, the partnership aims to optimise service quality and enrich the overall spiritual journey for visitors and Umrah pilgrims.

Amer Alkhushail, Chief Executive Officer of Saudia Hajj and Umrah, said: “The agreement builds on Saudia’s role as the national flag carrier and its contribution to connecting Umrah pilgrims and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques with their destinations through its scheduled network and air and ground services.
