IHG to launch Noted Collection in Amman with coffee themed 50-key hotel

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Al Ameed Coffee to bring its new premium collection brand, Noted Collection, to Amman, Jordan.

The 50-key property will be situated along a major gateway corridor connecting the city to Queen Alia International Airport, placing it amidst growing residential and commercial developments.

Inspired by Al Ameed Coffee’s half-century legacy, the hotel weaves the heritage and rituals of coffee throughout the guest experience.

Its first two floors will house an immersive coffee reserve and experience centre, while guestrooms feature curated, coffee-themed touchpoints.

As IHG's 21st brand, Noted Collection features independent, character-driven hotels designed to spark curiosity and conversation.

The partnership combines Al Ameed Coffee's local distinctiveness with IHG's global scale.

Haitham Mattar, Managing Director, India, Middle East & Africa, IHG Hotels & Resorts, said: “Jordan continues to strengthen its position as a long-term growth market, underpinned by national tourism development priorities and an increasingly diverse visitor base. That spirit makes this future coffee-inspired hotel in Amman a natural fit for our Noted Collection brand. Rooted in the craft, culture and ritual of coffee, the hotel will offer a stay shaped by local heritage and designed to spark curiosity, connection and conversation.”
He added: “Noted Collection was created for owners of unique hotels with stories worth sharing - celebrating each property's individuality and sense of place, while unlocking the full strength of IHG's global enterprise platform, commercial systems and IHG One Rewards. Through our collaboration with Al Ameed Coffee, we are bringing together a homegrown Jordanian brand with deep cultural relevance and a hotel concept that is strongly rooted in place.”

Basel Daher, Managing Partner, Al Ameed Coffee, commented:“For more than five decades, Al Ameed Coffee has built its story around the craft and culture of coffee. This hotel is a natural evolution of that story, an opportunity to translate what we have created through coffee into a complete hospitality experience, rooted in Jordan and designed to be remembered.” -TradeArabia News Service
