Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) have signed an agreement at ‘Make it in the Emirates 2026’, the nation’s flagship industrial platform, to increase reliance on locally manufactured building materials across housing projects in Abu Dhabi to up to 80%.
Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) has confirmed that it is overseeing more than 500 capital projects across a broader programme value of $200 billion, with more than 40,000 homes set for delivery by 2029.
The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) has sealed a strategic partnership deal with Patrizia, an investment manager in real assets, to deepen co-operation around infrastructure investment as well as boost project delivery in the UAE capital, drawing on Patrizia’s wider real assets expertise.
