UAE-based Ardee Developments has broken ground on its AED2 billion ($544 million) Fairmont Residences & Hotel on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Set for completion in 2028, the project boasts 519 branded residences in addition to four signature sea villas and an integrated 250-key hotel.
