A Dubai-based Indian expat has become the first winner of the ‘Win Your Home in Dubai’ initiative, receiving a brand-new studio apartment.

Aysha Ameer, a 27-year-old business consultant, was announced as the winner during the first live draw held at Dubai Festival City Mall.

The citywide campaign is jointly organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and Dubai Chambers, offering shoppers the chance to win 12 residential units from Binghatti Developers across Dubai.

The event also featured entertainment activities and instant-win games, with 20 shoppers receiving prizes.

The campaign’s upcoming weekly draws will continue through August, with each draw offering a studio apartment and the final draw on August 30 awarding a two-bedroom apartment.

Residents and visitors aged 18 and above can enter by spending AED500 ($136) at participating brands across Dubai’s retail outlets, scanning campaign QR codes, and submitting their receipts.
