Burjeel Holdings appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Burjeel Holdings, a leading super-specialty healthcare services provider in the GCC, has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Reuben George Joseph as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. 

Joseph currently serves as General Manager – Transformation at Burjeel Holdings and is closely involved in the group’s strategic finance, capital allocation, corporate development, and transformation agenda. His appointment provides continuity of institutional knowledge while further strengthening the Group’s financial leadership as it enters its next phase of growth. 

A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, Joseph brings expertise across financial reporting, controllership and governance, treasury, corporate development and M&A, restructuring, valuation, and finance transformation. Before joining Burjeel Holdings, he served as Chief Financial Officer of VPS Health and has also held board and senior advisory roles.
