Sweid & Sweid, a leading real estate development company, has appointed London-based McLaren Construction as the main contractor for BAY360, its upcoming mixed-use development and lifestyle destination in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). With the enabling works now complete, the project is set for completion in Q1 2028.
