Leading UAE developer Arada has announced that it has begun the handover of 138 new apartments at its AED35 billion ($9.5 billion) Aljada megacommunity in Sharjah, following the completion of construction of the two Il Teatro Residences buildings.
UAE-based Alef Group has awarded the early works contract for its flagship project Olfah coming up in Sharjah. An integrated lifestyle destination, it features a mix of residential living, expansive green spaces and community amenities within a walkable urban environment.

Arada Foundation said it has expanded its emergency accommodation support for travellers stranded in the UAE due to flight cancellations, opening 150 rooms at Aljada in Sharjah - free of charge.
