Students from Vatel Bahrain participated in the thirty-third edition of Jewellery Arabia 2025, held over five days at Exhibition World Bahrain.
The students joined the Rue Catering team
in the designated service areas of the exhibition, reflecting the College’s
commitment to offering high-quality practical training within some of the
largest regional events hosted annually in the Kingdom.
This participation provided the students
with valuable professional exposure and allowed them to engage directly in real
hospitality environments that require the highest standards of organization and
service excellence.
The students undertook various
responsibilities that included selling and serving food to visitors at Rue
Catering’s main dining hall, strengthening their ability to meet premium
service standards and acquire best practices in the hospitality field. They
also supported the catering and service operations in the exhibition’s VIP
lounge in addition to jewellery exhibitor booths, giving them a unique
opportunity to apply advanced professional skills and luxury hospitality
protocols in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
On this occasion, Sheikh Khaled bin Khalifa
Al Khalifa, General Director of Vatel Bahrain, expressed pride in the
participation of Vatel students in Jewellery Arabia 2025 and in their
engagement in high-level practical experiences at an exhibition considered as
one of the largest and most prestigious jewellery events in the Middle East.
Sheikh Khaled affirmed Vatel Bahrain’s commitment to enabling students to gain
hands-on experience at major national events, in a way that strengthens their
practical skills and supports their personal and academic growth.
“We are confident that this experience creates unique opportunities for our students to learn, apply their knowledge and interact directly with a professional and diverse working environment. Such exposure enriches their skills and capabilities and gives them a competitive advantage in the job market. We will continue to provide these high-value training opportunities that elevate students’ competencies and contribute to preparing a skilled, creative generation capable of leading the future of the hospitality sector in the Kingdom and the wider region.” said Sheikh Khaled. -TradeArabia News Service
