Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai has become the first hotel in the city to introduce its own AI influencer, named Zaya, marking a new step in the integration of artificial intelligence and hospitality marketing.

Unlike chatbots or virtual assistants, Zaya is designed as a fully developed digital personality created to experience, explore and showcase the hotel’s offerings to a global audience.

The AI persona will focus on storytelling and content creation rather than guest services, positioning herself as a virtual insider to the property.

In a highly competitive hospitality market where digital engagement plays a key role in travel decisions, the launch reflects the hotel’s strategy to innovate in brand storytelling.

Zaya is intended to inspire potential guests by presenting immersive experiences of staycations and hotel life in Dubai.

Her content will highlight key aspects of the Grand Millennium Dubai experience, including its dining.

She will also showcase wider hotel facilities, including wellness areas, the pool, spa services and surrounding attractions, capturing the full guest journey from arrival to departure.

The AI influencer’s role is built around presenting a complete staycation narrative, focusing on experiences that turn a hotel stay into a lifestyle story.

The hotel plans to expand Zaya’s presence across multiple platforms, increasing engagement and evolving her role into a long-term digital ambassador for the brand.
