Oil falls to lowest levels since March, Kuwait crude oil down 6.1pc

Oil prices declined during Friday's trading session, reaching their lowest levels since early March.

Kuwait crude oil fell by $6.2 to $94.84 per barrel on Friday, down from $101.04 per barrel the previous day, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said on Saturday.

On the international level, brent crude futures fell by $3.05, or 3.37% at settlement to close at $87.33 per barrel.

US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude dropped by $2.83, or 3.23% to settle at $84.88 per barrel, its lowest level since April 17, it added.
